RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your Toffes! If you want to exchange or return unused TOFFELI shoes, you can send them back to our warehouse at Maununnevantie 33, 00430 Helsinki at our expense.
Print the return form from the link below, fill it out carefully and put it unused in the package with the TOFFELI shoes, Attach the return address that can be printed from the link below to your package and deliver the package to the post office. Laveena Group covers the postage for you.
When your package has arrived at our warehouse, we will check the product and return your money to the bank account you indicated on the return form.
